Running throughout September, the 28th annual Philadelphia Fringe Festival features local, national, and international artists bringing their most innovative ideas to neighborhoods across Philadelphia. This year's festival includes more than 300 shows in genres including dance, theater, comedy film, cabaret, circus, music, immersive experiences, and more.
