During your visit explore the mosaic Bird Room, Upper Hall, Great Hall, Great Hall balcony, Craftsmanship at Glencairn exhibit, the temporary exhibition currently on view, and the Museum Shop. A 15-minute video on the history of Bryn Athyn, the Pitcairn family, and Glencairn Museum is available.
Glencairn Museum will be open for first-floor visitors between 1:00–4:30 pm. Your ticket provides you with access to view the Museum's first-floor art and exhibition on your own, during those times, at your own pace.
Kids! Travel through five exciting stories from history and discover characters, places, myths, legends, symbols, and so much more within the art and objects on the first floor of Glencairn Museum! The family Story Trails booklets are available for purchase (and come with a Glencairn Museum pencil) at our Visitor Services desk as you enter the Museum. Complete each story to receive a charm and head home with a Story Trails charm bracelet.
