Nature Walk – Pennypack on the Delaware

Join us for a walk in the woods at Pennypack on the Delaware where we explore nature in Philadelphia’s backyard! Learn about the plants, trees and animals that make up this diverse bio habitat by the confluence of the Delaware River and the Pennypack Creek. This walk is free and open to all ages.

DIRECTIONS:
This portion of the trail is located within “Pennypack on the Delaware” Park. If using GPS, use address 7801 State Road. This will take you to an intersection with an access road (you’ll see a big blue sign that says Riverview Homes) near Rhawn street, turn onto that road east into the park towards the river. Follow event directional signs to the start of the event (parking is located near the picnic pavilion near the soccer fields).
