*The event has already taken place on this date: Mon, 02/15/2021
Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.
How Camps are Structured:
Every scheduled camp day will be a mix of entertaining instruction and tournament play.
All chess camps will have at least some traditional chess events, and all camps will offer at least one variation of chess (usually crazyhouse and atomic chess).
Instructors will be Mr. Garrison and/or Master Tony Nichols.
Requirements: Each student will need their own device and a good internet connection. Each student will need a free account at www.lichess.org. I also recommend each device have a camera but this is not a requirement.
To register: Use the buttons below to register. After you have registered for the camp, please create a free account for each camper at www.lichess.org and then email me raygarrison@arborchess.com and let me know the camper's lichess id handle. Once I receive the camper's handle, I will email you the password to enter each daily tournament.
